How much does Clinton Connect software cost?
Clinton Connect digital signage software is free with the purchase of a Connect PVM. There are no contracts and no monthly fees to use the Connect digital signage software.
Additional features like Ad Analytics will be available as an à la carte add-on.
Do I have to install software on my computer?
Clinton Connect is a cloud-based software that does not require any installation of software on your computer.
How do I create an account on Clinton Connect?
Accounts are only available to integrators and end-users who have purchased a Connect PVM or Monitor.
Clinton Connect Company Owners can create individual user accounts in the admin section of Clinton Connect.
Integrators seeking new end-user company accounts can request to add a company in the admin section of Clinton Connect.
Can I have multiple users and assign different permission levels to each user?
Yes, Clinton Connect supports multiple users and permission sets.
Do you offer standalone digital signage players?
No, only Connect PVMs and Monitors are offered at this time.
Do offer a landscape mode?
No, not at this time.
Can I use Clinton Connect with my own digital signage hardware?
No, not at this time.
How do I purchase a Connect PVM?
Connect PVMs can be purchased through authorized Clinton Electronics dealers only. You can find a dealer here.
Does the Connect PVM work with my existing CCTV system?
Yes, we offer both EX-SDI and IP versions that will work with nearly any CCTV system.
I have an existing Clinton Electronics PVM now; can I update the firmware to take advantage of Clinton Connect?
No, non-Connect PVMs & Monitors do not have the appropriate hardware to support Clinton Connect software.
RMA Request Process
Call Tech Support at 800-549-6393 for an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All returned defective products should include the Model and Serial Number, and should be accompanied by the following:
- A copy of one of the following: Invoice, Date of Shipment, PO Number, or Sales Order Number
- A brief description of the problem.
- All manuals, accessories and packaging that the product originally came with.
- The RMA number must be written visibly on the outside of the shipping carton.
